Racism always has, currently is, and always will be a problem in society. There will ALWAYS be a group of people who believe their race is elite against other races, and they will ALWAYS make their feelings known to the world.

I agree, it is still a problem, not sure if it will be in say, 200 years... I have an optimistic view on humanity.

I have heard people(who were really stupid) say that there isn't racism in our society anymore.
Their argument?
There isn't any black slavery anymore.

There is still very much racism in the world today and it makes me sick. You would think that after all these years people would learn to like one another for their personally and creator and not hate them because of their sick or heritage. My birth mother is a racist and I feel so dishonor because of her. My step mom(mom) is totally different then my birth mother on this. I just wish that we all can be like my step mom and get over this whole stupid racism thing.

Racism is definately still around. The fact that there's still segregation in some areas is a good example of that.
