I forget whether it's medium raw or medium well, but somewhat pink in the middle. I eat it with A1 sauce, a whole potato, and some other sides.

Hrmmm actually Steak is like one of my favorite dinners! lol I like mine medium well with little pink, but it has to have LITTLE pink can't be completely cooked.

I like mine medium, with A1 sauce (gotta have it ^_~) with french fries... not much of teh stuff on the side, I like the steak itself.

I could be wrong, but I think Medium Rare and then Cajun seasoning sprinked on top and covered in cheese. I just ate some actually.
