I know I kinda find him annoying but you have to admit the wallpaper is hot and I couldn't find anything hotter on Deviant art so I just gave up and stuck with this.

I only used to see that on freaking Windows ME. Happened when someone was lazy and didn't shut down properly. They'd just hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
