There is no blank template. And I don't have PSDs for all skins. Scorp still has v2.1 and I believe Ben has SSSv1 (Assuming it has custom smilies)

Um... why bump? Sounds like it's not going to be done simply because of the amount of work that would be needed to do it for all the skins and the fact that the PSDs to the smilies are scattered...
