I have no designer. If I spend about 5 times as long as a designer would take I can make something decent.

wFactor has Wrighty for coding and a plethora of designers.  They're covered. Eric: I'm sure you could get someone to help you. And I'd poke Ben and remind him about those images. That way people KNOW you have a group.

I suppose it makes sense to have a varied mix of peeps in each group. Can members pool their points together and create a group that way?

Sure. Members can donate to each other either way (and retract a donation should the agreement not be met.)
