So, for us n00bs, what exactly is "The Wave"? It's a replacement for current internet communication systems. The basic concept was that all internet communications are modeled on real life systems (mail->email, IM->phone, meeting->chatroom). So the concept was to create an internet communication system that sort of merged the three, and didn't really seek to replace any real life technology/communication, but instead make use of all that is available in the browser and using the internet. I'm sure I butchered that, but that's the gist.
