www.newtek.com/lightwave/Has anyone tried out this 3D software? Its apparently really awesome - a trial download is available on the website. I have been hunting out a number of vid tuts for different processes in the workflow that can be achieved with this. Pretty exciting for me cos this is my first foray into 3D modelling.

C4D is hard enough, so screw taking LW on aswell lol

LightWave is more professional than C4D and 3DSM. LightWave and Maya are the two big ones, minus in house software (such as what Pixar or WETA digital uses)

Nope, I just use Photoshop CS4 for all my stuff. But this one looks interesting.
