After much debate between members and staff, the staff have decided to remove reputation/karma as a purchasable item from the shop. Instead, you can turn your reputation into points in the shop. (This does not count towards achievement 1.5 - Cha-Ching.) That's it for this announcement.  P.S. I've still got a few things coming this week. >.< Keep your eyes peeled.

What do you do about negative points? You can't get negative points.

For example, I have negative 3 karma. What would that get me pointswise? Or can you just not trade them in? Edit: Someone smited me 2 times since i made this post a minute ago. lol

Negative karma is not able to be turned in. And you can't turn in more karma than you have... so if you have 0 karma, you have nothing to turn in. Justin - Eric nailed it. It's still used for achievements. But after that it's useful.
