Every now and again, I notice that it says that the Pack 11 thread has new posts. I've noticed this twice now, though it hasn't been updated since iiPod last posted. I'm on v1, using Opera, and I just notice it in the Announcement area (I never actually check the Notice board specifically). I'll see if I can screenshot it next time it happens if you don't find a solution by then.

I notice stuff like that a lot, especially in sub boards. I assumed it's a PB bug, since it happens everywhere.

PB bug most likely. I have no control over the new/no new posts icon showing and my coding would NEVER falsely add one... it isn't coded to do that.  On that note, it could be Opera's cache misfiring.
