If I'm not mistaken, that's a problem with your browser not caching the images. Try clearing your Cache, hover over each button for a second or two each, and it should be fine, I think.

In all technicality, this is not a bug. I will look into maybe adding a preload instead though.

i didn't know what to call it. I think it had something to do with the code not loading properly...or maybe it was the cache...

Yeah, I understand the confusion. Most people would call it a bug. I was just clarifying that it technically isn't, but I might as well add a preloader for the menu.
