I doubt they will. They planned to several years ago.. Axed it. We all know the story. It got axed and instead we got District 9. I'm pleased it got axed. But the fact that the studios wouldn't even give it blockbuster level money when they would give Prince of Persia huge dollars is astounding. I really think they approached it wrong. They shouldn't have gone with the Master Chief story. They should have gone with the Reach story that is looking to be the campaign of the year. Sorta like the Star Wars prequels. Those shouldn't have been Vader's story. It should have been the story that is currently being played out in the Old Republic game. Instead of stretching out the same story, go somewhere else in the immense, immense, immense universe they've created.
