I'm not sure what the stats are for my city, but I can say with much confidence that it's similar to living in Satan's taint. It's been summer for like 11 months. I visited Mesa and it was 113 one day. Got heat rash, seriously. 85 Is plenty hot for me :\ Pft. 115-120 degree dry heat is amazing, what're you talking about? I barely got a sun burn  . James has worse, I am sure Luci. You're joking, right? Record temps are as follows: Michigan -51 to 112 Minnesota -60 to 114 Edit: Missed your edit somehow... Honestly, it'd be a close call. We have a steady 20mph wind on top of that low temp, with 50mph gusts... and 200+ inches of snow. ...and literally no sun for a month.
