It's uh... pretty ugly. There's way too much inner glow and drop shadow, neither of which should be needed on a game title screen.
Some suggestions for a game title screen might be (depending on the type of game): to use a single enticing screengrab from the game and place the text unobtrusively, to make a slideshow of screengrabs from the game (each fading gently into another) and place the text unobtrusively, or make an illustration depicting elements in the game.

Reason: The reason i don't like this to much, is simply, the simplicity. I feel the bevel is overpowering and the buttons are to paper like. Hmmmmmm, I personally thing one of the best start up screen layouts goes as follows: Left side: Have your video or scrolling pics of the actual game playing Middle: A description of the game/news feed Right side: the start, options etc list! try to have a into screen CAPTURE the players eyes so he wants to stay for a min and read/look at whats going it! I would mostly have the whole thing except the vid or pics a SEMI transparent background over a beautiful pic of the game, this is just my opinion of course!
