So, I have the latest version of Firefox, and when I have it open I can't watch videos. It seems to have only just started, this problem. I have not installed anything, or had updates for ANYTHING..
I've tried both Windows Media Player and VLC. In WMP it simply doesn't/can't read/detect the video, so it shows a red x next to the name and no sound or picture.
In VLC it opens the picture for a fraction of a second, then resizes the window to "music size", so then no picture displays, but the sound does...
Any idea(s) wtf to do? I only have AVI files to test so that's all I know doesn't work, if that helps.

Are all of your players up to date? I'm no expert, but that's probably the first thing I'd check on.

I did update VLC Media player, the problem still exists for that. It's the latest version. Also, I don't think it's a RAM problem. I just not long tested and checked how much RAM I was using.. I was using 2.14gb out of 4gb and it was doing the exact same.
I am so confused as to what's going on. I have ran both Ad Aware + Avast.. Nothing detected on my computer.
I'm really open to any suggestions.
