Anyone else have this? It was the sole reason I upgraded from my DSi to a 3DS XL. Worth it.

The last Mario sports game I played with Mario Golf for the GBC.
And that game was awesome, so I can't see how this one would fall short.

The last Mario sports game I played with Mario Golf for the GBC. And that game was awesome, so I can't see how this one would fall short. I played the GBC and N64 version of Mario Tennis and they were both awesome. However, this one and the N64 both lacked the very popular RPG element of the GBC version, but the gameplay is still solid. Plus, there's tons of characters (especially if you use the QR codes to get all the Yoshi colors and Metal Mario, among others). And the mini games are a lot of fun, like the ability to play the original Mario game via hitting blocks/enemies on a side-scrolling environment with the tennis ball. It's hard, but fun.
