ProBoards should have some sort of queue for Maintenance Mode forums; then delete them after 30+ days of inactivity. I mean, they're not profiting off of any ads; it's just taking up space.

30 days of absolutely no activity (no one logging in). I think that's fair if they put it into MM and never came back to it. 1-2 years is forever! There's plenty of sites that fall under this category though. zdesign.proboards.com/
