So do I! It looks quite confusing though. I'd say your best bet would be to look at other people's Admin Hacks and get an idea of what you need to do.

That's ripping unless its open source or they say you can.  And TK, Ady.... No offense, but you aren't ready for Admin Editable codes. I'm sorry, but you aren't.... TK, you still have trouble understanding the basics, and Ady, you are only a little above him. Get to the point where you can fill requests in ZD easily (about half the requests).
