Well, I have changed it. Now I have HTML Dog since I'm learning HTML and CSS. Yeah, almost done with the HTML beginner lesson. Once I'm done, I'm rereading it and actually making a webpage with the steps they tell you to do. That way, I really understand it.

I would say about:blank is best since it won't take as long to load up the browser when you start it.
