Intrests you the most? For me it would have to be Egypt. I think their Gods, Goddesses, and Pharoah's are all interesting.. and I like how it's all deserty. Second would have to be China or Japan, China for it's coolness and Japan because of it's beauty, especially when it snows.

China and Japan because of China's great warlords and tacticians and for Japan's great Shoguns and samurai. Both are awesome, and both have beautiful artwork. But as far as mythology and religion goes, I'd say Greece. I love their gods and all that stuff. Very interesting. Hades is awesome. So is Posiedon(sp?).

Aztec/Mayan/Olmec - The odd disappearance (for the Mayans, I believe) is very interesting and thought-provoking. Their culture overall is interesting.
