my sole point to make was that it is written as it's does not denote ownership. thats it. Here the apostrophe is functionally purely to indicate a deliberate omission of a letter. Other than that all places an apostrophe pretty much does everything you want.  Let's review his original post, shall we? fredy, a semicolon is for sentence structure definition.
