A visual basic board would be sweet. At least a sub-board in the Code Hangout would work. It would be fun.

A VB board would be awesome. I'm studying it right now and I have around 4 assignments based on it. Your guys/gals help would be appreciated.

I've been thinking about learning it, but never got around to it.
As for the board, post the topics in Hangout for now, and if there gets to be enough, I'll create the board.

instead of VB, a "programming languages" board would be mmore appropiate

VB Scripts is completely different then Visual Basic Krazy.
VBScript is a non-cross-browser client side coding language like JavaScript.
Visual Basic is sort of a programming language like C and C++, just not as good, or so I've heard (not sure)

I actually might learn some visual basic since my sister's boyfriend uses it for college and has a little program thing that looks like a USB flash device thing that allows you to program. It's awesome.

In C++ its just all coding, but in VB you can create alot without coding. Once you like the look of your program you can do the coding behind it. But its not so great for games, its mostly used for windows forms.

That's what I was thinking.
And as I said before, if it becomes talked about enough in the Coder's Hangout board, I'll make a VB or PRogramming Language board.

That's what I was thinking. And as I said before, if it becomes talked about enough in the Coder's Hangout board, I'll make a VB or PRogramming Language board. int VB_Board = -10; int Programming_Languages_Board = 100; if(Programming_Languages_Board > VB_Board){ std::cout << "Do a Programming Languages board"; } C++ Anyways, C++ and C are more commonly preferred due to the amount of control given to you. In VB most everything is done for you with a simple function or class (dunno which, never used it). I think a programming languages board would be better, and would make it so that you wouldn't need a special board for every language.
