Well, you can finally secure your thumb drive (pocket drive / flash drive / whatever / credit-card drive in Chris' case, maybe he'll post the picture for us). I dunno about you, but this makes my day. I feel so safe! ^^ www.engadget.com/2008/08/06/thankos-usb-combination-lock-protects-you-from-imbeciles-thumb/edit: for any of you that don't know, taking a dremel to the edge of a thumb drive wont destroy the actual data, it just means you have to find a new usb tip.

I'm gonna start dishing out internet beatings if people keep it up with this 4chan shit, I swear.

I think...this hurts me.

You know, if you just back up your data, and encrypted your pen drive, you don't have the sort of problems that draw this level of design stupidity.

^ For a business it could be records etc. Still this isn't the smartest thing. - Forget the combo - Break the Flash Drive in frustration - "A THREE number code to unlock it! Damn that's.... that must be MILLIONS of combinations. " (quoted from a comment on there I found extremely true.") - Looks to say the least very cheesy. As people say you get what you pay for. Well pay $7 for this.

Porn would be the least of your worries if you're using one of those things. It screams "STEAL ME!".
So you hope no corporate/military idiot puts confidential information on a thumbdrive and tries to secure it using one of those things. Try a 2048b encryption method >.<
By the way, I've always wondered what the rectangle-shaped holes on the USB tip were for. As far as I can tell, the female USB jack doesn't actually make use of them.

Weekend with Sam? Weekend with Burnie? Fredy's trying to pretend Sam is alive despite the fact she got killed like in the movie Weekend at Burnie's? Oh my god. Yeah, that's a waste of effort frankly. I'll just do the "It's where you can't get to it. " method.

It would take me two minutes to get this thing off. Some one buy it and ship it to my house, I'll prove it.
If some one steals my flash drive, chances are, they aren't getting in. password protected with an an MD5 hash as the pass word. It's something I've been doing for years.
Unless they really know what they are doing, they aren't getting it.
