Try ctrl+F5.
Try hitting ctrl+0 (this resets the font size the normal... 'cause that text looks huge.)
Scroll down the page. Check for anything that's abnormally long.

Its fine now Chris ,the font size was the problem .

Holding ctrl and scrolling or hitting ctrl and plus (I believe) can adjust it. It's also because that's actually a zoom on the page, but it doesn't adjust CSS counts and all that... so yeah, it screws everything up. =/
