Because .alreadyLoadedSecondSig is the last element in the signature, floating it to the right will still place it under everything else. You'd have to make .alreadyLoadedSecondSig the first element in the signature, and then float it to the right.
Or you could also wrap the first sig in a div, float it to the left, and then float the second sig to the right.
