Heh. That's an interesting side effect of this. I've been tracking some of these achievements for quite a while. There are currently 81 active achievements (hidden, retired, normal). I'm currently tracking 100 achievements. So, basically, you might have earned some achievements that don't even technically exist yet.  And yeah, 4 is hard to get. Once we get more staff, it'll be easier (because it'll balance out my absurd amounts. >.<) Also, a bit after v5 launch we'll replace karma ('cause it's gone) with likes. I'm waiting a bit so that likes approaches some form of equilibrium. and I'll look into replacing On the Go. I wasn't aware the free app was gone. =/ Doesn't v5 have a mobile version? If so would this be traceable? I don't know if they do it the same way as the app...but if there is a way to check that is one replacement option... Yep, it's trackable.

Problem with that test is that the score is largely based on features that are in different stages of development and many aren't agreed upon by the WC or the vendors. However, point taken.  On the other side though, if we wait for the W3C to finalize specs, we end up with crap like HTML4 and 4.01. The HTML5 spec isn't even going to be officially recommended until 2014. Think about what we're already doing with the web now; if we were to wait until then to use these awesome features, the entire internet would be lost to Apps.

Also, there'll probably be bugs with v1 and I'll need help catching them. For example, I won't even be testing in IE. <.< Fuck IE. That's just because we're both on Macs.

Sounds great. So are you gonna finish all of the skins first or are you gonna release one at a time? Chris talked me into using v1 for a while. We'll convert as soon as v1 is ready... but not a second before. We want to make sure that we're not rushing anything. Sounds good. Looks like you guys are moving. By the way, upon completion, are you guys going to work on dev the longly awaited SZv3? Yeah, we're definitely moving. You wouldn't believe how many issues we have in our issue tracker. v3... v...3... oh yeah! I forgot about that. The issue with v3 is that we've prematurely announced it (at least twice), things come up, it gets put on hold and then ultimately abandoned. That said, we're not really working on a v3, or even planning one right now. Truth is, v1's design has withstood the test of time and I really don't know how to compete with it.

Update: - Most of the v1 images (all of the important images) have been ported/created
- Chris and I are running into some issues with the v5 AJAX but creatively working around them
- v1 looks pretty bitchin'
- I'm starting work on v0 since it's fairly similar to v1 and hope to have its images done tonight
- v2 will come immediately following v0 and will be the most strenuous
- v2.1 will be after v2
- I really don't even want to support Starbucks/SSS but I'm sure Chris will prod me into it
