I'm currently learning HTML. I know it's basics, and I am also learning PHP and Javascript on top of that.
YES, DARCIA IS FTW.
Anyhow, I'm trying to get better at stuffles but I'm still horrible at Javascript. But those things take time.

I'd say it's very important to learn HTML first, since that's the basis for JavaScript, and the majority of the time you'll use PHP to output HTML as well.
