You've never seen this before? There's some kind of mineral on the dam wall that the goats like and they climb it to get to it. Pretty cool stuff and an interesting environmental adaptation for them.

Nobody I've shown it too has seen it, so I'm not the only one  Thats really interesting about the minerals though

They came with the dam. It was a bonus they got when it was assembled because they paid shipping and handling with a credit card.
