Chinese food is like. . .a Godly food. Problem is- craploads of fat and sodium, so it's more of a once-in-a-while thing for me. Where are you eating? MY sister once ate at a Chinese place almost every day for about a month, never gained a pound. Regardless of what the food may seem like, it's extremely healthy. Much better for you than say Burger King or KFC or something.

Most restaurant food is healthier then fast food places. --- Actually my favorite place to eat is my dad's kitchen. He cooks at the same level if not better then most restaurants.
