Only one. No owning me too bad. Explain to me this 'drop and drag' concept  . If it's been dropped, why would you want to drag it?

Only one. No owning me too bad. Explain to me this 'drop and drag' concept . If it's been dropped, why would you want to drag it? lol. Create a script which allows the user to drop and drag items . Like allowing them to reorder rows of a table by drag and drop.
