Oh oh pick me (If its still on) (X)HTML = 2 years (at least) JS = 6 months PHP = 3 months - Fluent. CSS = 85% fluent How can you be fluent in PHP/JS and not be fluent in CSS?  And XHTML requires a crapload of CSS to keep the page XHTML.
