The only reason I'd buy this now is because of this name. I get to tell all the girls that when I get home, I'm gonna play with my Wii.

Well, it was the codename from the start, but it was the codename for so long that people just stopped calling it "their next-gen console, codenamed Revolution." Anyway, I've already said what I think: forums.darkgamer.com/thread.php?threadid=390&sid=lolz wii wii

I hated the name at first, but now after about a week or so of saying it and hearing about it I became used to it. It's not that bad, but they could have chosen a better name. At first I thought it was just memorized trying to rhyme with "why, eye, eye," which would've been even more lame, but someone told me that there's this one dude in KHII who always asks you that ("Got it memorized?").

I hate Nintendo for doing this. I mean come on, innovative is one thing and ridiculous naming is another. If Revolution was too big for some languages, just call it Rev for god's sake. I'm also hating the specs. The Wii won't even have HD capabilities.
