Intel Core 2 CPU T5600 @ 1.83 GHz (2 CPUs) 0.99 GB RAM DirectX 9.0c Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family
Everything else looks pretty good to me except for the graphics card. I'll pull up more info on the laptop if needed, but I just listed everything I thought was necessary to run PC games. I guess I could always buy another graphics card but I have no idea how to replace stuff like that by hand.
Anyone with computer-knowing specs who could fill me in would be awesome.

Meh. CPU is fine, as long as you have a nice cooling system. The better cooling system the faster your CPU can run. Your RAM can be a downfall for games which hog a lot of memory, and for gaming it's widely suggested for 2 GB RAM.
Laptop hardware is much different from general PC hardware, so even if you were to change parts, they would cost much more than usual.
Overall, any general game you play should work decently, as long as you don't have PhotoShop or a program similar like that is running while you're playing.

I'm no expert, but you seem to have a decent machine. I'd assume you can play all but the "big" games which are either graphic heavy or feature heavy. So, when it comes to those, just check the requirements.

Yeah, so I found out basically that the graphics card is a piece of crap. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to upgrade one on a laptop but I'm gonna call Dell today and ask them. It can run all old games pretty well, but let's just say I'm only one decent graphics card away from playing Oblivion...well, on like minimum/medium settings.

Yeah your downfall would deff be that GFX card. Your specs otherwise could play alot of games. There's ways around the GFX card problem but I wont say anything until you get that reply from Dell. lol (I hate Dell btw lol...my desktop was like made for gaming they said and they made it virtually impossible to upgrade the GFX card because it ended up sucking. I did it though pff to them )

Yeah, I ended up calling Dell a while ago. There's some PCI slot so I should be able to simply put in a card and disable the drivers for the old one, but the guy who actually sold the thing to us (since Dell has no store) said it's impossible. So I pretty much gave up, don't have enough time to call Dell every single day. I think I can run Half-Life 2, or at least this one diag test said I could.
But yeah, it's a crappy graphics card. =/
