I would've made a big topic with nominations and stuff but I don't think a contest like this would've gotten that big, so I just wanted to know what you all thought was game of the year for '06.
I say Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, but I haven't played Gears of War, FF12, Oblivion, Okami, etc. and I got like 20 minutes total play time of Twilight Princess. I need to start playing more recent stuff.

Not sure, actually. I'm not a huge gamer.
I thought Excite Truck was pretty wicked and so was Rayman: Raving Rabbids. Samurai Warriors 2 was also bitchin'.

Best game was either Gears of War or Resistance. MGSIII was nothing like the MGS I or II, and I personally don't think it fulfills the legacy, but MGS IV (Guns of Patriots) looks like it's going to own.
