Newer new rule: to make the contest shorter the max cap is now 3 HP.

Took me a while to get this up, but here it is.

Now that we've nominated and sent in entries, here's how the actual contest will run. As you can see below, we have 25 video game characters, each with 25 HP, or hit points.

Based on your preference or your bracket, you can hurt each character, or heal them. One post is worth 2 HP, but you have an option of how you can distribute those points. For example, you can hurt one character for 2 HP, or hurt two characters for 1 HP each. On the flip side, you can hurt one character 1 HP and heal another 1 HP, or heal one character for 2 HP. I hope you're starting to get the gist of how this works.

Hurt Mario
Heal Sephiroth

or

Hurt Mario (in which case it would 2 HP)

or

Heal Mario
Heal Sephiroth (1 HP each)]]

That should explain it pretty well. You cannot double post, and can only post again after another user has posted after you.

The battle ends when one character is left standing, at which point the contest will also end and prizes will be awarded.
