I have Nokia 6500 with good o' dying symbian. It gets my txt time and my buddie's reply time wrong. It can often crash during a phone convo or txting randomly and takes about 7 mins to reboot itself. =D

Best of all, it is 1 years old. xD


Love to get HTC/iphone. Going to see HTC HQ sales when go back to Taiwan and Iphone 4...not too confident now with the killing (or loooong delay) of the white iphone (heh, whose racist now? ), antennagate and glassgate.

Attending Otago University in New Zealand. Studying Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Dentistry).

Currently in my final year before I get officially registered with the council.

For me, it was what I always wanted to do: working in a medical field, able to be write "dr." replacing "mr." with fixed hours and flexiable timetable.

The course itself is relatively hard, but once you get the kinks of it, it becomes second nature. The hardest part for me is to compete for it during that 1 year of pre-med course (high GPA, pass psychological test and an interview).

Even though my course in Uni is wayy harder than HS, I have no regrets in studying it. Takes 1 year to adjust to independant lifestyle, but with good support network, you'll be fine mate!

Twerque: Sounds like your O/S is doing a good job there. I can understand your anxiety in going to dentists. I've pulled a few tooth out in my hospital department and have seen many people been what you have gone through. The very anxious we give diazepam (Valium) or midazolam to calm them down before giving some anesthetics.

I'll be having mine out next year or so. It's not that bad having your teeth taken out. It may be sore and hard to eat for a first couple of days but pre-loading on paracetamol or ibuprofen works well, and don't forget those saline washes 4x a day.

@ Scorp: Did they put you to gas in the dental office in hospital? The location makes a difference to the type of sedation that they give you.

@xuzi: highly doubt that it is oxycodone, it has very limited use here in New Zealand (and US) as it is VERY addictive. More for medical use after major surgery rather than dental for severe pain relief.
