I'm really liking the turnout. I know it needs more, and I'd love to know what. I couldn't think of a fitting name, but here it is. wimg.co.uk/96JSNX.pngI'd like comments and feedback, even if you don't know what I could do to improve it.

Text on the buttons and "Announcements" is hard to read. Try darkening the text on the buttons and lightening the text on Announcements.
Also your drop shadow on your user info is slightly heavy. Reduce it down to like 47%.
Oh and "Home" seems a few pixels too far left.
Otherwise, I like it! Good job.

I'm still learning how to align text. =P I shall fix the text, and reduce the drop shadow. (which I thought to be too heavy as well)

Text is really small on the navi buttons. The layout overall is simple, it needs more done in the navigation area and possibly a banner? XP Finish up the content area and post an update!

The red button contrasts/clashes with the grey a little and the text on the green button is too close of a sat to the green color.
It might just be my eyes, but I thought I'd point it out though.
