Apparently, there are complaints that the bit under Sumi's breasts is missing. This is not the case. She is simply bending over. Notice how Chitose is squatting down. This almost completely nulls out the length of her legs in her total height. Sumi, on the other hand, is standing up. Yet, her head is only a tad bit higher up than Chitose's. Both girls are very close in height, so the only logical explanation is that Sumi is bending over. Her legs are visibly behind Chitose from this angle. Normally, you'd be able to see the rest of her torso going back, but... this is anime. As per the requirements of anime, these girls have breasts the size of basketballs. This is probably what's throwing off everybody.
