LinkT-Mobile's German branch has sent Engadget (the largest tech blog on the interwebs) what is, for the most part, a cease and desist order regarding their child site Engadget Mobile. Over what? Well.... T-Mobile claims to own the trademark over the use of the color magenta. Yes... they own a color. There's been an uproar over it for about 6 months now. It's insane to say the least. Anyways... thoughts?
