Ah right, I can crit it now.

All it really is, is a brilliant render, on a well chosen background, with a lovely colour. I'd recommend to keep in with the Web 2.0 style, maybe adding a handmade shadow to the penguin or something really subtle... Select the penguin, expand selection, feather selection and then fill with black and decrease the opacity and fill to get the right effect.

Then the text, it's grunge text with the rest of the piece have a sleek look... Maybe try a different font, that's not grunge and add some subtle gradients and stuff.

Overall, I like it. I think it's fairly well thought out, or jumbled together. I likies, kudos to you.
