Funny stuff. I actually used to do yoga. I miss doing it. Looks like it would hurt, i bet once you got use to it it would be fun though. Looks like it would calm you. *No sarcasm used A lot of the yoga I did was more...practical? Not such awkward positions really (some were). It really helps tone your muscles a LOT.

Did water yoga, sometimes the positions weren't the easier, but hell it was relaxing.

Yeahhh. Sadly I've been swimming once in the past two years. Simply because I live around no pools anymore. Except this summer, more trips to the lake! <3

Oh lord... Great find Scorp. XD Kay, I feel your pain. I love the water, but I didn't go in it much this past summer.  Though I did have a vacation to Myrtle Beach in June and had my first time ever at the ocean and I went in it everyday. After that though, there weren't many pool parties or trips to Lake Huron. It was kinda cold in Michigan, not an average hot summer.
