According to that page, it does conform to the necessary regulations. It's apparently useful for testing geiger counters and such. As small as it is, there may actually be a chance that it's legit. O.o
I'm seriously going to order one as soon as I cash my paycheck. You'll know when I have it because I'll suddenly have cancer. =/
