The font doesn't fit the theme of the sig, but I like the simplicity and effects. The inner glow kind of takes away from it though.

Not a fan of the inner glow. If you lower it or remove it, it will make the text stand out a bit more and look really good. Not bad

 what everyone has said sofar is correct imo. also see if you can increase the size ofthe font a little and off to one side like you have there. its a nice effect.
