I personally like to listen to music when I work out whether it be jogging, sprinting, weights, treadmill, or the other things I do. The type of music I usually listen to when working out is like techno or hip-hop/rap music thats motivational and also fast paced so its energetic. For example from Busta Rhymes and Linkin Park- We made it: To me thats kind of motivational and makes me push harder and get more out of my workouts. What about you?

Way to not give credit to Linkin Park for half that song. Great song, though. Personally, I like either hardcore rap/hip-hop like Tech N9ne or metal and hardcore. Things like Pantera, Hatebreed, Godsmack--that kind of stuff.

I don't have an mp3 player. so it's either listening to the gym music or remembering what a skinny little bitch I used to be to pump me up

Lucifer - I have no clue what your talking about lol.. So - ahh that sucks.. Since I work out at home I can use whatever really. Computer music, radio, or ipod. Still you have motivation.
