You might have seen it already, if you've seen my desktop but I thought I'd submit it here. It's a recolored then radial blurred photo of my old server board. I used 4 filters and a total of3 layers: Invert Colors Duplicate Layer Add Green Filter to Layer 1 Add Pink Filter to Layer 2 Erase Last Half of Layer 2 Blend (soft eraser) and Merge Duplicate Layer Add Radial Blur to Layer 3 Applied Large Soft Eraser Brush to the Center of layer 3 Merge Result: zelldenver.deviantart.com/art/Mother-Board-155054013Original: zelldenver.deviantart.com/art/Mother-Board-Before-155167132Edit: Other than the coloring and blurring, there has been no other fixes.

I really like that, It's a little too abstract for me, and I think I'd either blur the foreground or background and leave the focus on the other one if you get me? As it is, it looks like a negative at first glance, and then you start to appreciate it. I like it, but it's not really my taste, but good application of PS's tools, I couldn't do that.
