This is 2.0. Digg has been around for roughly 6 years and has been promising a brand new layout since not too long after that point. All they've done since launching is update their layout, though they have recoded from the ground up on several occasions and are always adding new features, it's still long past due though.

There isn't any new features that have been announced. Just two or three screenshots. That's it.
