Hello SZ staff! Just want to make sure before I post my request.  Is it ok to request something that is not ProBoards related? For example, a cellphone wallpaper?

I'm not a staff member, but yes. The graphics request board is an all purpose request board which basically means that you can request anything within the requirements laid out for that board (I'm pretty sure entire skins are the only thing ruled out, and even that is an unwritten rule, I believe). I'm sure one of the talented artists here wouldn't mind a break from the usual to design something different for a change.
