+ Good, sturdy build + Backlit keyboard + Long battery life + Lightweight + Relatively Stable OS system The best of all, selective screenshot built-in! Go Command-Shift-4 to get a crossbar with X and Y axis to get pinpoint screenshots Command-Shift-4, then space, then click a window to screenshot a particular window Command-Shift-3 to get a full screenshot. All screenshot saved as high quality PNG automatically. Macs FTW , should've got this when designing SZv1 and v2 baby!

This will quickly turn into a Mac vs. PC discussion The computer labs at my school (at least the ones for the graphic design classes) are all Macs. And I've got a lot of friends with Macbooks. I'm told Macs are pretty effing sweet by people both online and off. I just can't bring myself to buy one. Plus I don't want to have to invest in turtlenecks if I get one.

This will quickly turn into a Mac vs. PC discussion What I intend to do. For me the main reason was stability. My old windows 7 crashes like mad and I have to reformat it every 3 months to keep it running alive. Xuzi: I play TF2, CS: Source and Starcraft 2 and Diablo 2 on my mac platform. I still get to go online and kick some arse. Isn't that good enough?

No... OS X is Unix. Linux is also a branch of Unix. Just because a cat and dog are both mammals does not mean they are the same. Just because I rarely get to use the knowledge learned in my Logic class, I feel like writing out the proof for this. All A are B All C are B Therefore, all A are C Plug in any number of things for A, B, and C and you'll find it is quite the fallacy.

CoD is best played on 360. XFire is useless almost entirely.

And it can't run xfire, which I need. Why do you need XFire?

CoD is best played on 360. XFire is useless almost entirely. NO shooter is best played on a console. Kthx. Xfire has all my gaming friends on it, and tracks my hours. www.xfire.com/profile/xmsteelI would argue against that. I've played shooters on both and the gameplay in the 360 Shooters (COD, GoW, Halo, etc.) easily surpasses the gameplay for the PC shooters. Granted, the controls can be a little clunky by default but anyone who doesn't customize the controls to fit their style (even on PC) don't even belong in this discussion.

Exactly. It's easier to play them on PC, but it's more fun and less hackers on xbox. Plus, it's easier to get group play on xbox.

Xuzi, I wish I could rip you a new asshole right now. You can't game on macs. If they ran all the games I like, I'd have one by now. I play Halo, TF2, CSS, Portal, and Plants vs Zombies on my mac. You can, in fact, game on a mac. What about CoD2? And it can't run xfire, which I need. Dude, do your damn research. COD2 runs mac-native. And yes, it CAN run xfire, and in several flavors, too - iFire, BlackFire, MacFire, Xblaze adium plugin, just to name a few. And you have to pay for internet you cant just connect to your WIFI for free. And keyboard is mega easier than controller. PLUS, I've never seen a hacker in CoD. Wrong. You CAN connect to internet for free. You just cant play online unless you pay for xbox live. There's a difference there. Also, you can plug keyboards into your xbox. Or:
