My boss drives one of those to work everyday. 1990, though. Gets 38 to the gallon highway.

"I Bought A Car With My OWN Money [...] cost me a whole $150"

"HAHAHA This is hilarious." / "I agree completely"

Something about this just doesn't compute with me...

Y'all can hate all you want, but when it's running right it's a dependable and very fuel efficient vehicle.

Not if there's no need for 4WD or to haul things.

I agree that trucks are the way to go. I use to have an old GMC, horrible on gas but damn was it reliable. Probably my favorite vehicle I've owned. Jeeps are trash though.

And Xuzi, for $150 that's not that bad a deal. Assuming it runs fine. You should paint some flames on the side of that. :P

More often than not reliability is a direct result of how well cared for the vehicle is.

And for the record, only newer Jeeps are trash, the old ones are a ton better.

It runs and drives, better than my 02 contour and the 89 cherokee i had, but it smokes and uses oil like a mofo..

I also drive a 89 f150. Holy shiznut does it drive like a monster. Ofc, most fords do. My family buys them cuz they are cheap, and nohing else. Dodge and jeep is the way to go with any type of vehicle.

Ill try to post pics tomorrow.

Ford has always made better trucks. GM has always made better cars. Dodge has always been mediocre, some great models and some awful models.

Dodge has the best diesel trucks, ford has the best.. err..... Chevy has the best cars.

Ford can make some shitty cars (and SUVs), but their F150-F650 (or however high it goes) line is the best you can get for a consumer truck.

Mm, not anymore. Used to own the market, but now both Ford and GM have better diesel engines. And truthfully, I love Cummins so that's hard for me to admit, but the comparison tests prove it.
