Just set up the sites you want to block and the timeframe when you're likely to be drunk. At that time, it'll give you a sobriety test. If you fail, you can't access those sites. Pretty interesting idea. So, who here thinks he/she would benefit from this?

Interesting idea, but meh.  Just pass out somewhere while drunk and you won't have an issue.

This is a pretty good idea. I'm a member of a Texans fan forum, where they actually have a "drunk thread" set aside for the members who drunk post extremely often. They sometimes move threads started by them into the drunk thread. lol.
