So, I got my invite last night. I believe I was able to invite Tork and Josh already. (They haven't confirmed it yet.  ) Anyone else have access? People have called it a Facebook killer, but frankly, I'm underwhelmed. The UI hurts my eyes. It's difficult to follow things as your eyes get pulled to the sides and away from what you're focusing on. It's basically a Facebook clone. The one thing they have going for them is the "hangout" feature. I've yet to use it, but what I've gathered about it is that you can video chat with like 5+ people simultaneously. This is clearly something Facebook doesn't offer.

The one thing they have going for them is the "hangout" feature. I've yet to use it, but what I've gathered about it is that you can video chat with like 5+ people simultaneously. This is clearly something Facebook doesn't offer. I would use it for that feature alone. And I'd probably use Huddle quite a bit, assuming it will be available on non-Android smart phones.

I'd love an invite, but inevitably, I have more important things to do than play around with it. You also have more important things to do than play with yourself, but that doesn't stop you.

I've sent invites to those who have asked. Basically it seems that what I send counts as an invite, and seemingly ever couple of hours more slots are opened. So if you check at the right time you can get in.
